Half way between noon and night the meals most people already have had are breakfast and lunch. On most Saturdays, like today, we still have to start our first decent meal. Normally it is something Japanese, French or British.
Today we will have a meal that I would like to call Sbrunch. It’s a meal between lunch and supper. Today, it is a British sbrunch: sausages, eggs, tomatoes, onions, toast. Maybe we call in some baked beans, black pudding and mushrooms.
Btw, it’s not a linner, sunch or a dunch. Those three are more orientated around evening meals whereas a sbrunch is a breakfast after noon that could last till late night.
